Notes:
- 1.) This is the infamous "protect the
black WAWs" mission. Needless to say, I lost it too. You are supposed
to protect 3 black friendly WAWs as they make their way through a village.
There are several enemy units here that seem to be super tough to destroy.
- 2.) Here is a way you can win this level:
- The Battle at Oasis Adhim can be beaten if
you had the preprations and time. If you beat the stage, you get a 81 Laser
Weapon and you go to a VERY easy last stage called Targit. Yes, it's the
same stage as the Mission 27 but it will be the end of the game. I beat
the Oasis stage by using my Platoons 2 and 3, which I had added their proficient
equally except for #3, which i gave it 40 dep instead, and told them to
go into defence mode ( which will cause it to not attack anyone, therefore
keeping it ahead of the black WAWs) and walk to point 03 and block the
bottom left and right WAWs and #1 to destroy the remaining E.Plat.2. I
didn't even bother with E#1Plat because It won't matter. Then, when the
2 ( or 3 if you did the def proficient thing to 2) to attack and kept 3
on def ( vice versa). #3 should draw most of the E WAWs attention and maybe
be destroyed, but it may be worth it. Then I just continued the stage as
it went on, keeping steady checks of the tatacal screen often. Then when
you have delayed the 2 E.Platoons long enough, and the black WAWs got to
the destination, you seen a vid of the hugmongous cannon assembling and
firing. The stage ends and you've won!!! (nomadc@home.com)
